Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@veloragarments.store with your order number.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return as per our Refund & Return Policy after delivery.
Refund on Cancellation
If you cancel an eligible order before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
