At Velora Garments, we want you to love what you buy. If you are not completely satisfied, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Innerwear, socks, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@veloragarments.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, we are happy to arrange an exchange subject to availability.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
